staff. I arrived at around 1am and there was someone at the front desk who did the check-in and gave me the key to my room. There was coffee and hot water all the time for all customers.

Room was clean and the staff were very courteous. I did not encounter any of the issues some of the more negative reviews had. This is a great hotel for value seekers. Lets talk a bit about the location though. There is not street food or convenience stores available for several blocks. On the one hand this is inconvenient, but on the other it is a lot more quite than other places I have stayed at. BTS Ploet Chitt is about 4 blocks away which makes it pretty easy to get wherever you want to go.

This place was very very very weird. When I arrived there was several Ladyboys (men that convert to women) sitting outside of the hotel. When I would leave to walk around or see tours attractions I would see them sitting outside smoking again. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My sink was clogged so it would fill with water so I couldn’t use it during the 3 days I was there. I had to wash my face & brush my teeth when I showered. The only reason I am giving it a 2 star is because the staff are really nice and they give you free water. Also, this is not close to any tourist attractions. There is a train 10 minutes from the hotel, but it does take at least a good 25 min to get to the tourist areas.

They charge you for early arrival... at 11:00 am!!

So we got to this hotel we only booked because it was cheap, close to the shopping malls and our flight was leaving at 2:00 am that night. We weren`t even planning to actually sleep but just to have somewhere to rest and shower before heading to the airport on our last day. When we got there at 11:00 am the woman at the front desk said that the room was ready but that unless we paid more money we would not be able to enter it until 2pm!!! We tried to explain the situation but it was completely useless. She was really rude, stubborn and simply not willing to help, understand or listen. When we came back at the check in hour we were outraged as we saw that the towels were all ragged and that there were stains of cigarrette burns on the sink. Frankly, taking into account the amount of cheap hotels in Bangkok I dont know why anyone would want to stay in this one which is definitely not customer focused.

ห้องพักถือว่าโอเครกับราคาแบบนี้ในย่านกลางเมืองติดใจอย่างเดียวแร์ทำความเย็นช้ากับไม่มีอาหารเช้าบริการ ที่นอนเฟอร์นิเจอร์เก่าแต่รับได้ สิ่งรับไม่ได้คือฝุ่นกับผ้าม่านมีรอยเปื้อนบ่งบอกว่าทางโรงแรมไม่ใส่ใจทำความสะอาด อีกอย้างช่วงนี้ฌรคโควิด19ระบาดความสะอาดควรสำคัญที่สุด

Hôtel correct Point negatif:plzn de travail assailli par petites bêtes, probablement des thermytes vu l état du bois... Accueil pas des plus chaleureux et personnel peu souriant et communicatif, mais ils sont présents et repondent à l appel. Ménage fait régulièrement ou à la demande et propreté globale de l'hôtel tout à fait correcte Aucun commerce à proximité, pas même une supérette ou distributeur de boissons, donc obligation d aller au métro ou dans le centre pour acheter quoi que ce soit...

Staff was very nice, allowed me for early check in. No hidden costs or fees. The rooms were ok. There was wear and tear and needs some maintenance. Internet was also not very good.
