Good Location Hotel, But average services.
Family vacation in Camboriu. Stay 5 nigths at SUBARA hotel. Breakfast was good, diverse every day. All so service was good. Dinner Ok, good service. Reception not the best services, not too informative about town atracction or even transport method, that after 2 days we realice that was for FREE. Passenger.brasaket was given the last day! Clean rooms was not the best. The hotel is remodeling, with noice and worker around, sometime was disturbing. Hotel have has good location, just 2 block diatance from central beach and on the main ave.

The rooms are good size and clean. The breakfast has a lot of varsity but the quality is not good huge Hotel with 19 floors and a convention center. Too big for my preference.

Check in: totally uninterested staff - I arrived earlier than the check in and make a specific request for the room. Left and came back later to find that my simple request was totally ignored. When back to the reception and was served by yet another very uninterested staff. The request (to join 2 single beds making a double bed) was resolved within 10 mins Cleanliness: very dirty, particularly bathroom (mold and dirty everywhere within the tiles, floor, sink). The water was yellow. It’s an ideal place for pigs Took pics to prove if but couldn’t add here in the review. We paid 2 nights and checked out after the first night.

O hotel é simplesmente incrível! O café da manhã é excelente, muito variado e farto. Também adorei o almoço e o jantar, tudo de altíssima qualidade. O atendimento na recepção foi impecável, extremamente cordial e eficiente. Um detalhe que me impressionou foi o cuidado no momento do check-in. Nossas malas foram levadas ao quarto sem que percebêssemos. Quando terminamos o processo e perguntamos sobre as bagagens, nos informaram que já estavam no quarto. Pode parecer algo simples, mas em todos os hotéis que já me hospedei, mesmo com ajuda disponível, as malas sempre subiam conosco no elevador. Nesse hotel, fazem isso antes para que você chegue ao quarto tranquilamente e pronto para aproveitar. Esse diferencial faz toda a diferença!
