Extremely confusing and a huge hassle to check in. I booked on Expedia and then some other company messaged me on WhatsApp saying I need to give them my name, personal information and credit card to check in. There was no mention of any of this during the booking. So I imagine it is a scam. But they seem to have all the information about me checking in and they kept telling me on the WhatsApp that if I don’t check in through with them, I won’t be able to do it with the front desk. I called Expedia and they said that it is a scam because they don’t know anything about this. It is not mentioned in their checking system. Finally it turns out it was the hotel but they don’t approach you with the same name of the hotel. It’s a different company name and they also ask you for a security deposit which was not mentioned during the reservation. And they don’t give you any towels or toiletries other than what’s there at the moment of arrival. It is extremely hard to check in and deal with them and they don’t take care of you afterwards.

Tudo no hotel é muito ruim! Desde os funcionários até a parte estrutural do hotel. Infelizmente não encontramos outro lugar para ficar por conta da temporada de férias, então a cidade estava cheia, e essa foi a nossa única opção. Não faziam reposição de toalhas, sempre solicitávamos e quando chegávamos no quarto não tinham feito nada, o quarto não foi limpo em nenhum dos dias que ficamos hospedados, que foram 4 dias, o tapete do chão também, lençóis a mesma coisa! E quando procurei pelo gerente fui informada que o hotel não tinha gerência, que os funcionários se “viravam como podiam”. Além disso, o café da manhã é básico e a chapa para esquentar o pão não funciona direito, demora 40min para esquentar. Acredito que o hotel tem grande potencial para ser bem estruturado, porém a falta de gestão e organização do ambiente deixa muito a desejar! Os funcionários precisam de formação, precisam saber atender os turistas, precisam aprender a trabalhar na área hoteleira!
O lixo não foi retirado. Nós que fazíamos a retirada.

Quartos sujos em todos os aspectos, a limpeza diária do quarto é um caos, as vezes entram e levam as toalhas e não limpam o quarto, sem contar que aconteceu conosco também de retirarem as toalhas e não trazer novas. O estacionamento fica em outro local, o mesmo em que um dos responsáveis nos alertou a ter muito cuidado na rua pq tem muito bandido. Não recomendo!

A estrutura do hotel é boa, porém minha experiência não foi positiva. De acordo com as orientações, o check-in é às 14h. Antes disso, tentei verificar a possibilidade de entrar um pouco mais cedo, mas não houve flexibilidade por parte do funcionário que me atendeu. Cheguei ao local por volta das 8h da manhã e precisei aguardar até as 14h para entrar no quarto. Além disso, realizei o check-out às 3h da manhã para sair mais cedo. Sugiro que o hotel adote uma postura mais flexível em relação ao check-in antecipado, quando houver disponibilidade de quartos, para proporcionar uma melhor experiência aos hóspedes.
