Good hotel! The hotel is located nearby bus station and is very easily accessible to the rest of the town. I'd stay here again for the convenience of location. There's a rather loud bar that does live music right next to it, so it wasn't always the quietest.

Always a lovely stay, right in the centre of town. I was up in one of the single rooms which are like sweat boxes given the heatwave, but you can’t blame the hotel for that!

Lovely hotel Great location staff were very helpful Excellent restaurant Fabulous nightly entertainment. Downside no lifts and water pressure in the shower is poor otherwise fabulous

Hotel is very nice but kind of dated. Centrally located in town makes up for it. Get reservations for dinner in advance anywhere in town.

You can't beat the location. And an added surprise was the live music Friday night in the lobby bar.... so much fun.

Our room was on the third floor and no elevators which was tricky for big suitcase. the guest room was a bit tight, but the bed was very comfortable. the furniture was too big for the room.

Great central location. Very nice room. Only notes would be for older or disabled folks, there is no elevator ( lift ), and on a Saturday night, rightfully the town was quite lively and music thumping until midnight. Worked great for us, but not a quiet / easily accessible room. Staff was great and again, could not be more centrally located. We got very lucky with a parking spot right across the street. €1.50 per hour ( 2 hour max ) until 18:00 and then free all day Sunday.

The Blue Haven is a fantastic hotel with very good rooms and facilities in the hotel rooms, and decor which is full of character in a superb location close to the Main Street and in the middle of Kinsale. The only criticism I would have would be the breakfast seemed limited in its offering and there weren’t many staff in the ground floor restaurant in the morning. Otherwise the Reception staff were excellent and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The room had a fan in it which was really great given the heatwave.

Excellent breakfast choices and so tasty. The staff were very friendly and attentive in all departments.A bit noisy from outside but that was to be expected when people are enjoying themselves. All in all I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Very clean and beautiful hotel. But, be aware there are no elevators or Air Conditioning. Our room was beautiful and had a little family room too. But it was a bit hot. They had 3 fans and that took off the edge. If you are coming with many suitcases, this may not be a good fit. Was very close to everything . Great location Kind staff. The breakfast was very good. The front desk said that they will have e AC next year.

Central location means it is loud and difficult to park, but handy for bars and shops etc. Our room didn’t have a kettle in but one was provided quickly when requested from Reception.

The hotel room was a bit musty and the bed was too soft.
