We were in town for a funeral. Our family reserved 4 rooms. In the one room they had to push the bed against the wall so young child wouldn’t fall out. They found a moldy nut and a Tylenol pill under the bed. We also were disappointed that they started the continental breakfast so late. We did not have time to grab something to eat before we had to be at funeral home at 9.

I was very impressed with this local venue. A very comfortable stay. If we ever return to this area, we would stay again.

Good value for the money, especially if you have pets. The bad part is that they do use a virtual kiosk for checkins. They rarely have human beings on site to assist. If you're cool with very little customer support, this is a pretty solid value.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We played games in the dining area until 10:30 or so. It was a quiet place to stay.

Everything was great except the bed was a little too soft for me. Otherwise we had a great stay.

We stayed two nights. The beds were comfortable, the temperature was good, easy check in and out. We ate their breakfast one day and it was fine. Parking was super close to our room and we could use an exterior door to enter instead of going through the lobby.

This is a wonderful hotel! It’s clean and tidy and the beds and pillows are very comfortable! Staff is very nice and helpful! Only downside is it doesn’t have a great breakfast, just danishes and microwave sandwiches or cereal but I stay here a lot and will continue staying here every time I’m near Berne!

hotel opted to use a kiosk when checking in. Able to talk to and see staff that was behind closed door. Very awkward and tedious to use. We didn’t care for lack of face to face interaction

4/10 Aceptable

Beds sunken in, leak on shower head, leak on spiget in shower making shower pressure weak, water damage in bathroom, paint mismatch in bathroom, no airvent in bathroom only heat lamp, mirrors were dirty, front desk has kiosk and no one working the front desk which lacks personal touch with their customers.

It was a good hotel for the one night we stayed on town. Be aware there is no elevator.

The hotel is clean for the most part but the fact that they dont have IN PERSON staff at the front desk to help with check in is is frustrating!! Having house keeping come knocking at your door way before childcare and asking how soon your leaving is is a little off putting.

The room and hotel in general were all really clean. Beds and pillows were pretty comfortable. The property also looked well maintained. I had to check in via a kiosk with a live person. We got in late 9pm and left fairly early 7am so my group did not see any staff. We also did not get to have breakfast as it did not start until 8:30am...we stayed on a Wednesday night, so that late of a breakfast start on a Thursday was odd to us. The hotel was also pretty quiet, we didnt hear the other guests. Pretty good little hotel, especially for the price.
