4/10 Aceptable

Nice that it was new but the cold floor tiles were horrible especially during Jozi winter. Needed a carpet. King rooms didnt have fridge or microwave but they have a policy to not warm food from outside the hotel which I never saw communicated prior to the booking. Manager gave me a blank, annoyed stare when I addressed it. Forgot a face scrub in the shower and when I came back to get it I was told they found nothing.

The property is excellent, and in a good location. But i really like the management to improve the various rooms by putting in some of the room a those little freezer to keep guess drink cold.

My stay was very good, thanks to the friendly attention and hospitality of the staff, smiles everywhere. I had a problem of a dual booking and it was promptly attended to. The place is quiet and the breakfast is good. I recommend the place for whoever visits Randburg.

My stay at the hotel was very fantastic only that when I got to the airport , they could not recognized the hotel, so they need more publicity
