Tsala lives up to its reputation and your expectations. It's a magical haven for R&R. The attention to detail across the site is superb. We enjoyed two nights in a luxury villa, with incredible views. The rooms are immaculate, supremely comfortable and well presented throughout, and the outdoor shower was a great surprise - nothing like waking up and smelling nature. A minor drawback is the pools aren't heated, and ours had a lot of canopy cover so didn't benefit from the sub's heat either (it's noted though that Tsala are aware of this and working on it despite significant engineering challenges!).
We dined at both Zinzi (the public restaurant) and Tsala (the guests restaurant), and enjoyed both but the latter did step it up a notch. Both are really well presented and comfortable, and boast strong wine lists. The service was generally superb, save for a few individuals that were cold and somewhat aloof (one a Manager). Given the price point of Tsala it did leave a slight bitter taste in the mouth unfortunately.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to visiting again.
