Elevator non functional except for 1 day. Hand locks were loose, water splash of bathub floor, unsafe. Loose faucet Hotel across street is under renovation the whole time during our stay. We like the spacious room and clean in general. Theattendace and employees are vey helpful, courteous and respinsive to our requests.

I like the staff, friendly and attentive. Room is ok but cable tv channels listed on wall is not the ones on air. The a/c in the common areas ie, lobby reception and dining room are not working or at least turned off. Only one a/c unit is working so it’s uncomfortable to eat. Free wifi is only good at the front of the building. The back rooms you don’t get reception. Lobby men’s’ washrooms facilities need some TLC,

Cama incomoda, pésima limpieza

La habitación no es ni cercana a lo que se ve en las fotos, el colchón parece una colchoneta, hace ruido a nylon, el baño horrible, nunca lo limpiaron, el control remoto no funcionaba , avisamos 3 veces en el front desk, y nunca lo arreglaron, habían cucarachas en las mesas del comedor, pésima experiencia, caro para el servicio y la limpieza

マッサージ頼んだら、1時間待っても来ない。フロントも教えてくれない。部屋に電話がなく、連絡が取れない。 スタッフの携を連絡用で使ってるようだが、部屋には携帯の電波が無い。お勧めできません。バスタブの水も流れず溜まる。

Arrived after a long journey shower was cold when notifying staff no updates after going out and returning to the hotel we where finaly moved to a bigger room there was alot of construction work in the other building lots of noise dust not a happy stay at all would not recommend
