The stay was okay. Rooms were clean enough and beds were average comfort.

This place don’t offer any peace and quite time at all. Very small open outside space next to road and car park in back. No privacy at all since car driving all the time. I found human poo in pool! Very disgusting to swim in pool with poooo! S*** ! Reported this and had very angry respond from staff on desk! She was not happy to hear it! I also try to use bedding in our room however there were lots of dead ant and bug on it! Disgusting dirty room. Service was pool overall, no respond to my phone calls most of time! This is small building in very confined area surround by outer building in busy road. We did not get room we paid on top floor! I guess due to our passport color! Good service go to special people! Very unhappy. I asked them to leave after seeing poo in pool ! No way they give you option to runaway from this hell! Please do not stay in this place if you after nice holiday, moody staff ! Rude! Bad location! Tasteless bf! Awful! Bed bug! Poo in pool! Dirty disgusting b&b not a 4 stars! I say no star b&b

Staff wonderful. Pool wonderful. Location and bikes fantastic. Rooms clean but would benefit from new furniture

The hotel is nice and in good condition. It was well cleaned and they had a good and strict Covid policy. They offered parking for my car, free bike rental and they also served breakfast in the room. I would reccommend this to all travelling to Denzansino.

Hotel advertises sauna, steam room and outdoor pool and spa. While I don’t expect the pool to be heated, I did expect to use the other amenities however that didn’t happen. They charge 12Euros per person to use the steam room and sauna. You must reserve in advance and it is only for 2 hours!!! The hot tub was at 82 degrees when we arrived. After a spirited debate staff which was very friendly, they did agree to turn it up however it was never above 90° it was truly a disappointment for us as we planned on using that everyday.

Lovely relaxing hotel. Spa was a great chill out area. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We arrived after 7 in the evening. Check in was easy and the young lady was nice. She recommended a few places to eat in town and gave us a map. Parking was quite full. It we lucked out both times with the last available spots on each side. The room is comfortable. Simple but nice memory foam bed and pillows. The view from the second floor was also pretty in the morning looking at the lake and mountains. Breakfast was very nice with good service and everything you could want from a buffet style. The hotel is just a bit out of town in a residential area. Quiet and peaceful. There is a pool and jacuzzi which we never used. The walls of the hotel are very thin and so if you have noisy neighbors beware.

Typically english, it would have been good if we could have made a drink of tea in our room. Otherwise it was a great stay and well located

A lovely, spotlessly clean hotel,the staff are very freindly,welcoming and helpful. We had a lake view room on the third floor, the view of the lake was great!. I would highly recommend staying ther.
