Razoável, instalações necessitando de urgente manutenção. Academia ridícula, com alguns equipamentos velhos, empoeirados e amontados, sem condições de uso. Apesar de instalações sofríveis, o atendimento é a prestatividade dos funcionários são o destaque do hotel.

Hotel em fase de organização

Com certeza o hotel tem algumas questões de manutenção para revolver, pois ficou fechado por um tempo e reabriu recentemente, mas o atendimento na recepção, praia, restaurantes foi muito bom e estão fazendo um excelente trabalho para melhorar o hotel que irá brilhar em breve. Senti um cheirinho de mofo em alguns pontos do hotel, mas os quartos estão sem cheiro, camas e ar condicionado novos e tudo funcionando. Pretendemos voltar!

A estadia foi muito boa considerando principalmente a localizacao do hotel. Quarto confortável, Café da manhã excelente. - Ponto negativo para o restaurante, serviu comida fria, carne dura (não correspondeu ao constante do cardápio). Servico do restaurante deixa a desejar.

Atendentes muito solicitos. A recreação deixou a desejar. O recreador, apesar e bom e super animado, não tinha um controle das crianças. Os pais tem que acompanhar a todo tempo.

Estadia foi super agradável, superou as expectativas até por conta das imagens que vimos nos app e site. O acesso direto à praia e o serviço são muito bons. O atendimento da Ana é o plus, tem feeling e deixa super a vontade. Café da manhã bem servido, drinks e opções de pratos no restaurante. Alguns pontos como sugestões de melhoria: por conta da maresia, embolora um pouco as cortinas, isso afetou um pouco minha renite; melhorar na quantidade e na qualidade dos travesseiros e; por último, a qualidade da acústica do banheiro, pois escutavamos nitidamente a conversa do outro lado, esse é um ponto de privacidade e segurança - ainda bem que foi agradável o que ouvimos, mas trabalhar numa solução achamos importante.

Bom, mas pode melhorar.

Bom, hotel é ótimo, atendimento da recepção é bom, tem funcionários simpáticos, o hotel é pé na areia, tem piscina, o apartamento confortável, o café da manhã é ótimo, rapaz que faz o omelete e a tapioca é educado e trabalha bem de mais. Porém nem tudo é perfeito e o hotel peca em alguns aspectos. Ex: restaurante pra almoço e jantar com cardápio com pouquíssima variedade e preços exorbitantes, o cardápio da praia é pior ainda, preferimos consumir no quiosque ao lado pq compensava mais, o atendimento dos garçons do hotel é péssimo e eles ficam discutindo, até brigando na frente dos clientes, a música ambiente alta de mais e a demora pra servir o prato que pedimos ultrapassa quase 30 min. Em relação a limpeza dos quartos funcionou bem nos primeiros dias, já no último dia a camareira nem passou pelo quarto, tive que pedir na recepção pra irem limpar pq se não ficaria sujo e sem toalhas limpas (porém as camareiras trabalham bem).

Hotel de madeira antiga com cheiro forte.

Os quartos de madeira antiga e com cheiro forte de madeira velha e mofo dificultaram as noites de descanso. O rapaz da recepção muito atencioso até deixou a gente olhar alguns quartos, mas todos tinham esse cheiro ruim! Minha rinite não gostou muito, mas fora isso, o hotel é excelente. Pé na areia, café da manhã farto, com opções sem lactose e sem glutem. Serviço de praia e piscina incluído. Pessoal muito atencioso e prestativo.
