O hotel é muito bem cuidado e está numa localização excelente. Eu só fiquei chateado com dois pontos: 1) a recepção não foi muito cordial, parecia estar me fazendo favor; 2) estávamos com um bebê e precisávamos do quarto limpo e lixo recolhido. Deixamos o aviso na porta que queríamos a limpeza e pra nossa surpresa, encontramos um bilhete dizendo que o quarto não pode ser limpo porque deixamos o aviso para não limpar; Por outro lado, O café da manhã é muito bom e variado. E a equipe da cozinha/copa são muito atenciosos, precisamente no café da manhã

O hotel é muito bom, com excelente localização e estrutura para quem viaja em família. Minha filha de 6 anos aproveitou bastante. No entanto, deixo um registro negativo quanto à flexibilidade da administração. Passei por uma situação de luto familiar e, em diversos momentos, senti que o hotel foi muito rígido com as regras de reserva, dificultando alterações simples ou a conversão de diárias não utilizadas em crédito de consumo, mesmo o hotel estando cheio e com alta rotatividade. É um lugar que vale a pena pelo conforto, mas o atendimento em situações excepcionais deixa a desejar. Falta um olhar mais humanizado para o hóspede além do que dita o contrato.

Sempre adorei esse hotel, mas da última vez que fui eu esqueci a toalha na parte da piscina, e na hora do check out fui acusada de roubo, mesmo eu tendo foto e provas que na vrdd a toalha havia ficado na piscina. Os próprios funcionários do hotel pegaram a toalha, pois o meu cartão estava com eles. Enfim, situação bem chata !
