PREMIER SPA has 20 treatment rooms including rooms for couples. Services include deep-tissue massages, hot stone massages, sports massages, and facials. This is a very comfortable hotel with very nice rooms and a very impressive spa. The only down side is the location. It’s quite far outside the centre of Bucharest in an area that needs a lot of work. The breakfast buffet was also a bit lacking choice

Not a 5* hotel, expect 3* at best
The hotel was nice but very hot with no air conditioning. Room was 30 degrees and had no fans. Reception team were not very helpful who told us that it’s cold outside. The hotel was 3 star at best, even with both windows open the room was far too hot!

Good spa not good hotel
It has an amazing swimming pool at the Spa but the hotel is far away to be 5 star. The food of the restaurant is very bad , the room is ok but the shower had liking in the celing and fungus. We saw the cleaner folding the towels we left in the floor instead of changing them for new ones. The location also not good. The staff at the hotel were ver nice and helpful also after we complained.
