Let me count the ways this property was horrible. First, it is roach infested. Second, the key didn’t work. The staff took five minutes to open the room for me. Third, no water or toilet paper in the room. Fourth, only one sheet over the mattress. There was a dirty blanket in the closet, but no sheet to separate the blanket from our bodies. Fifth, the elevator was turned off and the door locked so that I almost didn’t catch my early morning train. I finally found a way out through the back. The staff the evening before didn’t tell me about this l, even though I told him I was leaving for an5:30 AM train. Finally, no staff has a decent grasp of English. You need to use translation software, and he refused to arrange a cab for me.
