I was put in a room where A/C didn’t work, room felt like a sauna! Then I called to tell front desk, was put in a 5+ minute hold… was finally told I had to bring all my stuff back downstairs, so I took everything to the lobby, only to be told take to take it back upstairs, my new room was one over from previous room (and since I am the person to return the luggage cart to the front entrance, this was even more of a real pain!). Room felt old & sad, there was a clear lining of dust on the carpet, at least an inch wide, all along the baseboards where the vacuum didn’t reach. On day 3 of my stay I come in to find that there was still no sign of any housekeeping! I was told “they didn’t know why my room was missed” & had to bring up new towels, coffee, cups etc. & hand to me at door. The waffle maker only worked 1 day out of 5, no fruit, & this morning there was NO COFFEE even though me & another woman had asked twice. In 20 minutes it still “wasn’t done brewing”!
