The property was very close to the creeper trail which was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent.

We arrived late to the establishment. The owners left us a note with complete details on how to get to our room, including cookies that were left, snacks, and plenty of soda and water in the refrigerator. We got up to see the beautiful sunset and had to hit the road very early. When walking around the house it was absolutely gorgeous. Only bad thing I can say is that I wish I had more time to talk to them about the history of the house and spend more time looking at the wonderful antiques. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely plan on staying there.

Millsap-Baker house is a great old house. Never judge a book by its cover - the exterior is showing signs of its age and needs some repairs, cleaning and refurbishing. The interior on the other hand, is tastefully and formally decorated with antiques, with plenty of interesting things to look at. Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are fully up to today's standards; very clean, with comfortable beds and reliably hot water in the shower. A true bed and breakfast - the host made breakfast for us and provided interesting conversation. I would have appreciated an option for earlier seating times for those of us who like to get out and about early. As advertised there was ample free wine and non-alcoholic beverages, but the free pastries and fruit were past their prime.

The entire place was clean and comfortable. The house was everything we have come to expect from a historic small town B&B. We had a great nights sleep, an excellent breakfast and a long and informative conversation with our host. In world that has fewer and fewer traditional Bed & Breakfast Inns, it was great to find one that was just where we needed it for our travels.

Excellent little place in the country. Very cozy. Extremely easy to check in, plenty of snacks and food and drink as soon as you arrive not just the next morning breakfast. Highly recommend this place. My wife and I will be back here
