The apartment was very clean and tidy. It is on the very top floor though so a lot of stairs to climb. However it was a nice stay and very quiet. A nice straight walk from the train station so very easy to find. Modern apartment.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was absolutely pristine, and the location was perfect, it almost right in the centre of everything and within walking distance of all the major sights. I had a few personal concerns during our stay, but they responded straight away and were incredibly helpful every step of the way. If I come back to Edinburgh, I would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Very kind and considerate property manager in a pristine, well-appointed, pet friendly fabulously located property. Will absolutely recommend to friends and colleagues visiting Edinburgh. They go out of their way to have good and responsible communication and show extreme care and consideration for their guests.

Placering var fantastisk lige så lejligheden, med friske blomster og virkelig fedt inventar i køkken. Stor fladskærm og kæmpe sofa, og smukkeste by udsigt. Der manglede afsætnings plads på badeværelse. Et bord, en hylde eller tilsvarende. Ellers var alt perfekt.

We stayed in the Loft Apartment. Don't get me wrong, the decor and style of the place was lovely and as the photos show it, the only thing I would say is that we were a family of 4 and it was a real squash. The sofa bed in the kitchen/dining area was quite possibly the worst sofa bed I have ever slept on (and I have slept on my fair share of sofa beds!!). The kitchen/dining area is very dark and could do with some additional lighting but I guess it didn't help that we visited during darker months. The welcome packs in the kitchen were very simple, considering it was what I would call an upmarket place. Think sachets of milk and a few tea bags! No nice homely touches like we have had in other such places. Our apartment was on the top floor, up three flights of stairs. We knew this when we booked it, but just wanted to make advise anyone who isn't particularly fit or has a lot of luggage, to consider that this place has no lifts and it is a fair old hike up 3 flights of stairs! All that aside, it was in a nice location and would be suitable for a young couple. Just not a party of 4!

A fantastic find for a last minute overnight trip to Edinburgh for the Tattoo. I could find no fault with the accommodation, just a couple of points that I feel need pointing out: Whilst the instructions to check in are good and a room name is given, there are no room names on the doors, it does mention no lift, but it doesn't tell you that there are 3 flights of stairs to climb/64 steps, to the room at the top! Not really a problem for us, but I feel it should be mentioned. Also there is no long/full length mirror in the apartment. That said, the apartment was absolutely spotless! Not a spec of dust or dirt anywhere. The furnishings were beautiful and the bed/pillows were perfect! Even with me being picky about a couple of minor things, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the apartment and would definitely stay here again.

Overall an excellent stay. The apartment was of a very high standard. Large rooms, modern bathroom and walk in shower, modern kitchen. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. There was no sign outside the property which caused uncertainty, but once inside 'the loft' was easy to find and enter. Be warned, the loft is on the top floor up 8 flights of stairs. This was no problem for us but might present an issue for the elderly or infirm. The proce felt a little steep but i guess it is edinburgh. Apartment very well located, with easy access to everything you could want. There was noise from adjoining apartments, which was a pain at times.
