Small room, but it worked perfect for a quick sleep close to the airport. Even though not the best neighborhood, it was quiet and clean 'enough' especially for the budget price. Bed was comfortable and shower good. It had soap and shampoo, which is better than some we stayed at recently. The towels were small: not soft, but clean. The biggest surprise was Charmin TP ;) Only real negative was the bathroom wall outlet was hanging out of the wall and the one by a/c didn't look safe to use. Check in was easy. We would stay again, when having an early flight out of Phx airport.

Come looking only for a place to lay your had. Period. No expectations. No closet. Shower drain slow. No amenities. TV worked.

Overall, I feel the room offers good value for the rate I paid. However, I do have a few areas of feedback. The hot water in the shower took at least four minutes to heat up, which was inconvenient. The floor did not appear to be very clean, and I noticed a cockroach in the room. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was quite noisy, which affected my comfort during the stay.

internet super slow, bedding nasty. torn sheets, stain on tem, hair on them, just one old towel in the room for two days, no shampoo, a tiny soap, .....i would never stay ere again

Horrible motel, only good for a one night stay when you have to catch a flight out the next day. Sheets were nasty with stains so were the towels. They only proved 2 dingy towels and a hand towel on wash cloths. The remote they gave me didn't even work the tv. The only good thing was it was easy to catch my flight the next morning, wifi worked and the air conditioning was good. Other than that it sucked. All the positive reviews have to be fake

I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews but this place is ROUGH. We chose this place because it had great reviews and was cheap. I am thinking the reviews maybe aren't all real people. I understand it's only $45 but damn... This is an okay spot if you don't have problems with cleanliness. Our room was visibly dirty- food on the walls and dirt/dust piles in the corners. The A/C was highly questionable and had a plastic shopping bag stuffed on top of it- it also was off upon arrival and the room took 2+ hours to cool downs. The shower water smells like a septic tank. I killed several crickets that came through the cracks in the doors. This is the type of place that you where your shoes inside and sleep on top of the sheets LOL With all that being said, the man working the front was friendly. So at least there was that! Also warning that a trash truck may wake you up at 2:30 in the AM...
