Upon checking into the room, we swiped our key card to reveal a filthy room. Beds unmade, dirty towels everywhere, filthy bathroom. When we brought this to the front desk's attention, they laughed it off and seemed completely unfazed. We were able to get a new room which while clean, had a bathtub that would not drain. Would not stay here again.

Our room was very clean. Food at the Bistro is really good. Staff was really nice and helpful when we had questions. Whenever we needed a cleaning by the time we got back everything was made, fresh towels were there and soaps replenished. Bed was comfy too. Had good night sleep with black out curtains as well.
