Excellent short one night stay, if you really want a hotel where the staff are all friendly and very helpful , the bar staff are talkative and always welcoming and the rooms and comfortable. Situated in a very quiet area on the outskirts of the general Redditch area , lovely grounds and a good local view point . I always suatu here when I'm here for work

My room was very clean, bed was comfortable and lovely view across the manicured lawns and garden. Plenty of good parking. Lovely quiet area. Reception staff, barman & breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. Arrived at 8pm and was very pleased i could get a meal. It was very nice and fairly priced. Breakfast was hot and coffee served at table quickly, Couldn't fault my stay and price was very good for the great service and facilities. Would definitely stay again.

Stay was fine. Hotel is a beautiful building but looks a bit shabby here and there. Bathroom for example had some good bits, but decoration looked messy and needed renewing. Breakfast was very good and staff friendly and helpful

Breakfast was very good, the room was just the right size and clean too. Staff were always very friendly and efficient. We had the perfect weather so took advantage of the garden area. We also used the bar and ate there. This is my third stay here and it's going to be a place I'm returning too in the future.

Staff were lovely and breakfast was excellent. We had a double room which was quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed when it was extremely hot weather so missed not having air conditioning in the bedroom but we had a decent fan and the windows open so managed to sleep. Nice garden to sit in. 24 hour reception meant a late check in was not a problem. Quiet location, would definitely stay again.
