First, we had asked for adjoining rooms. They will not just give you adjoining rooms, you have pay to do this. They try to make is sound like it's less than it really is by stating "It's $30 per room per night". You cannot have one adjoining room. In order for it to be adjoining, you have to have two rooms. Thus, it's $60 more per night. And why the fee in the first place? I could somewhat understand a small administration fee, as they have to do a little more work (though, really, I don't think it has to be) to set aside two rooms together. But PER NIGHT?! How is it more work for them per night?
We were then not able to get into our two rooms until two and a half hours after check in because it wasn't cleaned yet. But we had to have them clean one of the bathrooms a second time, because the smell was so terrible and permeated the room. We were not offered anything to compensate for these issues.
The fridge is not a fridge. It's a drink cooler. It maintains a temp of 43F degrees, so our milk went bad. We were told at check out that we could have asked the front desk to hold our milk for us. Because, yeah, I want to call them up every morning so I could have my coffee. Don't advertise a fridge that cannot be used as a fridge.
It was really noisy and I got woken up multiple times every night. The bedding was ripped up. The room didn't feel very clean, but was not in disrepair. Though it lacked in storage.
The wifi worked great in the rooms & the pool area.
