Dirty towels left in my room. Trash in the floor as well. My door lock didnt work and the breakfast they offer is a bowl of granola bars and some cereal. Walked outside after checkout to a police officer looking inside of my car. When I asked what he was doing he said he was there to make sure all the cars there were on the hotels list. Front desk was great tho.

The entire facility is disgusting. Checked out 5 minutes after checking in . The room was filthy and had a horrible bleach smell throughout the room and hallways. The pictures of the hotel are not recent or accurate.

The lady at check-in was very rude and unprofessional, a sign at the elevator, saying if the elevator doesn’t work, take the steps to the next floor and ride it from there, website state breakfast buffet, which is very misleading consist of granola bars and a bagel, rooms were filthy and very outdated pool closes at 8 PM so if you’re out doing something you can’t swim after eight, pool is not opening back up till noon the next day and checkout is at 11 AM way too much money for a hotel that needs to be shut down definitely would not recommend or will not stay again.

This had to have been one of the worst hotels we've stayed in in our 40 years of marriage and traveling. No lights when we walk in parking lot was black. Hallsway were terrible, destroyed and dirty elevator didn't work right? We had to walk upstairs to get to our floor phone didn't work in the room. TV didn't work in the room, toilet, didn't work in our room. Then, the room we moved to was fairly clean. Bathroom was dirty stuff still left in the tub back. Doors didn't were unlatched. Lack of safety in the hotel.

I was just there overnight, but the key readers in the whole hotel was out so someone had to come open the door whenever we left the room. The property itself was old/dingy/stained up, but "relatively clean". Nothing im saying will matter, im sure this key reader thing isnt permanent bit it sure sucked paying for a suite and just getting a big dark room i couldn't access.

I could see there was work being done which I understand. The major issue I had the the fact that the indoor pool closes at 7pm. I came to town to handle some family matters during the day, expecting to relax some in the pool to find out it closed 5 minutes after I returned to the hotel.

Terrible experience, arrived to a rude check in. Got to the room no fridge or microwave or working tv. Asked front desk to help with tv no luck 4 days with nothing. Room keys stopped working only to find out their system broke and they were opening doors with keys. Breakfast was a joke . Surrounding area nice with lots of things around. Recommend the winking lizard near by

The place needs major maintenance and renovation. The mattress was stained and old. Electrical outlets were loose or inoperative. There was a damp smell; the light did not work. The only thing that was ok was the TV. One of the worst hotels I've stayed at.

Hotel was taken over from Existing Ramada brand by FairBridge. There was no name of the hotel to be found on street and it was so dark. Not much outside lights infront of the lobby. Staff was not motivated to greet the guests. Only try to answer when asked. In the room desk lamp has no bulb. Bed mattress were bouncy. Coffee machine not plugged and not working. No soaps in the bathroom. Breakfast was a joke. No butter or cream for breads. At checkout I asked front desk to give me owner or manager email to mention about all these. He tried to find business card only to say later oh he. Can’t find the card!!! I don’t understand why they are even running business like this. Please don’t stay here!

This hotel offers absolutely nothing. After checking in we go to the room, the room as no soap and a towel folded up on the back of the toilet that looks as if someone pissed on it and folded it back up. After that we fold the covers back to check the sheets and what to my surprise my sheets had dried up blood stains on them. We go to take the kids to the pool and this hotel wants you to pay $25 for a band to go swimming, okay not a problem, but it is a problem when it’s only 25 min to swim cause they indoor pool closes at 8pm and we didn’t check in until 7:20pm. Just because this was in independence, oh doesn’t mean Crap. As you walk down the stairs to go out it’s filled with People smoking weed, molds, cigarettes and who knows what else. The staircase looks like as if it never gets clean, the hand rails was sticky and black asf. I would NEVER in my life book at this trashy ass hotel again. We checked in at 7:20 and checked out at 10:00pm. That should say enough right there. My kids didn’t even want to stay there.

This was by far the worst hotel ever. There wasn’t a mattress protector on either bed, there was old food on the table and lamp, stains on floors-curtains-beds, smelled like thick smoke and dead were in the room. They don’t give you a room key, only someone has to come unlock the door and leaves it open until you get there, which does not give you a safe feeling. They will not give you a refund only move you to another room. Since I booked in June the rating has dropped dramatically on this site and worse on google. Other people are having the same issue. There was a person having an issue when we got there and they moved him to his fourth different room. The front desk clerk was not helpful and again stated “sorry ‘bout that” and still would not give a refund. Another person was checking in as we’re leaving and he was having issues as well.

My experience at this location was so mid. First and foremost the young man at the front desk with the Afro was so non engaging and dry. Very poor customer service. When I got to my room at first glance it was “standard” hotel room but then when I got closer there was trash behind the night stand, absolutely no toiletries, no microwave, dirty toilet. There was no ice machine on the floor, you have to go all the way down to the lobby just to get ice from the front desk. I was told that the fitness center was out of order and the reason was because the door lock wasn’t broken. Not broken where I couldn’t get in but because you can just walk in. So irritating when you on your fitness journey. Then no matter how high I turned the tv volume up it would not get louder. Truth be told I wouldn’t stay again.

Possibly the worst hotel I have ever been in, & I've been in some crappy hotels on Phish tour! Signage for the hotel near the road was wrong, it said Ramada. The room was DIRTY. A piece of cracker in one corner, other crumbs/crap in another. The coffee pot was DISGUSTING. Limescale & coffee grounds in the carafe, pretty sure there was mold in the filter basket. No cups to put the coffee in (not that I would have made any with the condition the pot was in. No ice bucket or any cups (coffee or otherwise) in the room. No ice machines. Called to the front desk for ice, just gave some ice in the flimsiest plastic bag. The freezer had so much frost build up could barely fit the bag in there. Then the bag froze to the frost & couldn't be removed without tearing the bag. I had put the room in my name, because I made the reservation. It couldn't be left in my name because we were using my partner's card. We were staying 2 nights. We got back to the hotel after going out for the day to find neither of our key cards worked. My BF was in a lot of pain, so I went down to get new cards, they wouldn't give them to me without his ID. The "included" breakfast was laughable. You had the option of carbs, carbs, carbs & yoghurt in 1 flavor which I didn't want. The shower curtain was moldy & dirty. The tub had the slowest drain. There were 4 bottles of conditioner, nothing else. If I could give negative stars I would!
