Well-located motel. Not much amenities besides a simple continental breakfast. Very limited parking. Rooms were clean, however the bathroom door knob was broken.

Very basic no frills accommodation but it was clean and cheap. The location is good. There is no coffee or breakfast and no coffee maker so plan accordingly. Nice bedding and clean bathroom.

The sheets and towels were clean, but I didn’t walk barefoot on the carpet. The room was tight and there was only one small desk chair to sit on. The entire place needs major modernization. The owners are sweet. Breakfast wasn’t the worst I’ve had. The best thing about this property is the location as it’s across the street from wsu campus. We will not be staying there again.

The Pullman Inn was clean and safe. No amenities to speak of which is why I gave that only 3 stars. We were there for a conference so we were only in the hotel to sleep. Beds were comfy, location was perfect for us and the price was right. Would definitely book it again if traveling for the same purposes.

Looking for a cheap place to stay to visit WSU, but this was horrible. Heat didn't work. Everything run down. Had a free breakfast, but was pretty pathetic.

The room was clean, the staff were helpful when you could get ahold of them. Tried calling from our room several times for questions, and no one ever answered. Parking was fine. There were just 3 of us, so, I guess it was family-friendly. The rooms had coffee mugs, but no coffee makers? Beds were clean and comfy. All, in all, it fit our needs.
