Bra service, enkel incheckning, skönt poolområde som har det mesta i mat och dryck. Underhållning på kvällarna. Ligger högt upp så det är trappor el taxi som gäller. Lägenheten va bra planerad (3st) där sovrum ligger i ena änden och vardagsrum med bäddsoffa i andra mot balkongen. Kvällssolen är magiskt!

The hotel was situated on a great location, overlooking Puerto Rico, it was close to the city centre and Morgan Mall. Great staff, very friendly. Rooms were ok, a bit cold on the floor, would have been nice with a mat or two. Room design was well thought of but the beds were a big minus. The beds weren’t connected to each other and kept sliding away from each other on the slippery floor. The towels could have had a bit more luxurious feel to them.

Great at Day. Warm at night

From 9am to 9pm this ‘small’, simple and very clean hotel with a great view over the city is highly recommended. But from 9pm to 9am it’s a different story. The entertainment in the evening is of really mixed quality, but the worst part is that it is extremely loud and often goes on until midnight. One of my personal favourites is Dj Domingo who shows pictures of himself as a baby, but also weird pictures of cats and horses on a big tv screen while playing music. The best part is, that the other guests didn’t seem to mind. Felt like hidden camera. There is also a hotel “hype” man who tries waaay to hard and ends up being offensive and aggressive in his behaviour. He likes to shout really loud in the microphone. Also after 11pm. We lived on the top floor and it was super hot in the evening and at night. With no aircon, we had a hard time sleeping. The crazy loud evening entertainment from the pool/bar didn’t help us falling asleep. Last but not least, a lot of the other guest ‘reserved’ sun beds before the pool opened, but didn’t use them until hours later. The staff didn’t do anything about it. A beer is 3,9 euro which is a little expensive compared to the bars and restaurants nearby. Solution for the hotel: install Aircon or at least some fans and stop the loud music at 11pm. It would improve this hotel a lot. Sadly, bad sleep every night affects the rating. 3/5 stars.

No lo recomiendo a nadie. Ruido todo el día. Estaba deseando volver. Si cierras la puerta del balcón para atenuar un poco el ruido te mueres por el calor ya que no hay aire acondicionado. TV de pago.... Etc

Esta todo bien buena gente y profecionales solo q en Internet hay una foto de una piscina enorme deberían retirarla xq esa piscina no está y creo q deberían cambiar lo de la tele paga xq los canales de aquí no deberían ser pagos la televisión X cable si pero la de aquí no es injusto

Nice hotel located near the old shopping centre (up many stairs). Small apartment with ok standard. Hard beds and not much kitchen stuff. Very nice view of the valley and beach. Busy with families. Entertainment during the day and evenings. Bare with simple food open all day. Nice sun deck and pool. Be aware that there is no sun until around noon, but it Sun from around noon til sunset.

Rent rom, hyggelig personale som hjalp til med kofferter, noe kommunikasjonsproblemer da språk var litt vanskelig. Fint bassengområde, og ikke noe jåleri. Minimalt med jåleri med andre ord – kunne gjort seg med noe luksus. Renslig, stille og rolig på rommene om natten selv om det var full party på shopping center. Veldig mange butikker i nærheten, så mange at det nesten ble litt for mye. Mange restauranter og. La igjen mye penger på denne reisen.

Very nice hotel with small pool and sun terrace. Good size flats with large sofa, kitchen and terrace. Friendly staff. Lots of stairs, both in the hotel and to get there. But short walk from the center if steps is no problem. Great view of Puerto Rico and the sea.

Gran canaria's finest

What an amazing hotel and the staff were the absolute best that you would find in any accommodation that you could stay in. Stayed helpful and happy tight rill the end of our holiday. This was especially more prevalent in the light of the coronavirus outbreak. Poor staff looked after us with no thought of themselves being out of work 4days after we left. We all wish them all the best for a speedy end to their unknown weeks ahead.

Sköna veckor

Snyggt och rent på rummet och på alla utrymme i och omkring hotellet, jättefint poolområde, enda irritationsmoment var att de spelade musik vid poolen och poolområdet så högt att det var inte trevligt att ligga där.
