Con: The tap water is not potable and they don’t provide complimentary bottles in the room - all hotels I’ve stayed at provide basic water when tap water is not drinkable. Our flight was cancelled from London Gatwick, not our fault. So we couldn't get into Italy because The Air Traffic Contol Tower had been infected. So we claimed a refund from the hotel as we couldn't get there and we were not offered any other flight's or solutions, and the hotel refused to refund us and there was nothing we could do about it. Under the Atol protection we were covered but still they refused to refund us. Very poor!
