I had a be try good stay. The room is small but it’s very clean, all amenities are available if needed. The staff are very friendly and proactively make sure you have everything you need. They truly care about their guests. The location is very central and close to all tourist attractions and to the rail and tram station. Highly recommended.

The hotel is excellently placed right by Haymarket train station and has a large pub/restaurant next door. The staff were very friendly and help, with quick responses to messages when I realised I’d left a ring in my room after check out. I would definitely stay here again on a visit to Edinburgh

Great hotel and very convenient. The reception staff are excellent. They all without exception are helpful, generous and kind. The room was lovely but we missed not having a kettle from which to fill our hot water bottles!!!!! There is still only one lift working and other maintenance issues. Breakfast is in a bar with tvs everywhere and was ok but no really healthy options eg unsweetened yogurt, porridge, seeds, etc which I’d expect for the price we paid. But very central and warm. Will return.
