This tropical hotel in Punta Cana is absolutely beautiful with a large clean swimming pool that always had plenty of sun loungers available. The white sandy beach was spotless, the water was perfect for swimming, and there was no seaweed at all. The nearby restaurants served delicious local food, the beach bars made amazing cocktails, and the DJs created a wonderful atmosphere.

This place is absolutely disappointing. Everything in this hotel was disgusting. Mold and dirt covered everything. There were bugs in the toilet and we found a cockroach in one of the rooms. The muck and festeration of dirt was so bad we had to book a new hotel. This place was absolutely disgusting and disappointing. They had claimed it was the best place for us out of the whole hotel yet it turned out terrible. I highly do not recommend this place and is not worth a SINGLE penny of your money. DO NOT BOOK

We didn't like absolutely nothing, after first night we were forced to move out and find another hotel, the hotel does have a serious problems Sanitary issues: strong odor emanating from the sink and plumbing system Technical defects; water was leaking and bubbling from the sink, impossible to sleep Furniture damage and total lack of cleanliness Everything was totally different than photos and description provided in the listing in Expidia website Big disappointment!!!

I do not recommend staying at Paradise Dukasi Los Corales. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not priorities. The elevator was frequently out of service, making it difficult to get around with luggage. The bed linens were stained and looked like they hadn’t been properly changed. There wasn’t even a blanket provided. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and appeared as though it had not been cleaned after previous guests. There were broken fixtures on the balcony, dust throughout the room, and the hallway lights barely worked, creating an unsafe and unpleasant environment. The property looked nothing like the expectations set by the listing. Instead of enjoying my vacation, I spent my time dealing with unacceptable conditions. I was so uncomfortable that I decided to check out early and pay out of pocket to stay somewhere else, which cost me additional money and disrupted my trip. I booked this property through Expedia, and I believe I deserve compensation for having to end my stay early because the accommodations were not clean, safe, or as advertised. I strongly encourage future travelers to read recent reviews carefully before booking. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.
