So we checked into our one room and later learned that our second room was actually available. Whew, thank goodness! Anyway the front desk staff was really wonderful about it, it turned out to be a simple mistake. Other than that we were happy with the rooms and had a pleasant night’s stay.

The hotel is located in a convenient and safe location near a lot of restaurants and shops; good breakfast choices, full kitchen is a big help for family with small kids to prepare our own meal. However, our room’s toilet was not working properly that could not flush even a piece of tissue paper. The Guest Service offered an adjacent room for us to use the bathroom, and offered a discount. It was inconvenient, but not a big deal for a one night stay only.
