This was a five star and then last night happened. I was locked out of my room it was 0200, I accidentally left the phone in the room (so, no way to call or look up any of the numbers I had been in touch with the staff the last 2 days of my stay, and no way to check my reservation. I'm sorry I was outside in the rain for 3 hours trying to figure out how I was going to get back into my room there's no information on anywhere in this building of the phone numbers that I could I could have reached out to you I didn't have a phone so I couldn't call anybody so I had to go to a bar and said in a bar for about half an hour waiting to figure it out and then it dawned on me I could use my Bluetooth so I drove over to the side of the building and I was able to work and I was able to finally get in after 3 hours in the rain cold and in the middle of the night and not the best part of town well it's not that bad of a town but you know anything could happen so my opinion is that the customer I think you should have somewhere on your building outside probably too by the front door where there's a bat where there's a code to get in your number to contact you guys in case you're locked out cuz I would have been very helpful if I would have had that I wouldn't have to do it for 3 hours I was really upset about that so I hope you guys can fix that.
