Among the variables I consider in a hotel at the time of making the choice, service is one of them. Novotel Sofia has one employee at the reception named Rosen who is a gem. Not only he helped me with anything I needed to know about Sofia (transportation, restaurants, places to see, etc.) but he helped me with some issues that arised about the reservation in the most efficient way and making sure the problem had been solved. The management of the hotel should know he has an outstanding customer oriented employee that deserves all my recognition.
