I have stayed here before and enjoyed it every time. The views are beautiful, the cabins are super functional and clean, and there is great access to the Cabot trail.

Although the room is dated it was very clean....just needs a little TLC. The front desk staff member could be a little more friendly .....felt we had interupted him by arriving....its not like it was busy!!

Great room, very spacious and in good condition. It looks like they may have had a fairly recent renovation. The bed was very comfortable and the area very quiet (except for the howling wind)! Only gave it a 4 star for cleanliness as I found some used tissues under the nightstand which precipitated me to look under the bed. I could see a few things underneath and a layer of dust. However the rest of the room appeared to be clean. Despite this, I would still recommend staying here.

The staff was very helpful, the property is dated but clean and everything is present. We had to leave early because of power outage in NS. We got a refund for that night. Hint: a little bit of TLC would make it more enjoyable, The views are spectacular!

The waterfront views and location are the best things about this property. However, the unit is very dated and doesn’t match the price. The furnishings need updating, the A/C only worked by plugging it in or unplugging it, the Wi-Fi stopped working after the first day, and we had no hot water until maintenance reset the system. With some renovations and better maintenance, this could be a great place to stay.

View was outstanding. Room was spacious and in good shape. The hot water was poor. No TV. Grass uncut. Coffee weak. One guy running the desk, probably overworked. It seems they're minimizing expenses on above.

It is a beautiful property, but there were issues. No hot water , no telephone and the tv didn’t work. Hot water and tv problems were fixed with a phone call, but shouldn’t have been an issue.

This is NOT a Resort, but simply cottages, the one we stayed in had “Mountain Views” and while you could see the mountains in the distance the main view was of the neighboring cottages who also had a great view of us directly into our windows. There is no restaurant, food service nor any amenities or activities and the new management or owner has little to no knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry. This place is completely overpriced. When we asked what makes this a resort? He was defensive and said no one has asked that question. They are selling off the restaurant part of the property and keeping the cottages and raising the prices probably.
