Most convenient stay possible in Tokyo next to the Skytree. Very safe neighborhood right next to the train station and multiple konbinis. Also a mall across the street. Fantastic location.

The hotel is located conveniently within 5 min from JR station. Surrounding has super market, connivence store, and restaurant. Building is brand new and clean.

The hotel is still new and has everything you need for a family on vacation .. the room was super clean and since the hotel still in reopening status there was a miscommunication at the beginning due to the reception not being available but thanks to stella who resolved all issues and made sure we are satisfied.. she is a wonderful person and was very helpful.. the location is next to a train station and there are few convenience stores next to it such as 7eleven and more .. it is also a 15 minute walk to tokyo solamachi mall one of the best in tokyo for shopping … i would really recommend this hotel if you are traveling with family and staying for few days here

“Even though it was still the pre‑opening period and some areas like the main entrance and parts of the exterior were under construction, my room was completely new and well‑equipped. The owner’s warm hospitality and the beautifully designed space made my stay really special. I truly appreciate the care and can’t wait to come back after the grand opening.”

Brand new building close to train station. Large apartment with all you need. We were having issues with check in but got help through hotels.com app quite quick. The hot water was turned off, we had to turn on a switch each time before we could take a shower. This procedure has not been in any of the other places we have lived in i Japan. Really slow internet. Other than that a fantastic apartment.

The property is very new, well designed and the esthetically calm and zen. What you see in the pictures is what you get. The 2 bedroom suite was very clean, neat and very comfortable. We stayed 4 nights. Pros - neat, clean, large comfortable apartment. - self checkin and communication with hotel via messages was easy. - we stayed in a two bedroom and 2 bathroom suite with separate toilets. -spacious kitchen with full fridge/freezer and dishwasher - dryer and washer -beds and bedding were comfortable but the pillows felt cheap with minimal neck support. (I am a side sleeper) -location was great. Close to two train stations. 2min walk to the local hikifune station and 7min walk to the kiesei-hikifune station which services the JR line - lots of restaurants, convenience stores and a big department store nearby (within a 7min walk radius) Cons - the hotel was unable to recommend a store or a place that offered a luggage forward service. I asked and all they said was that i google it. Which was not helpful. I asked for help after i could not find one close by on google - i visited several conveneice stores close by and they all said no. It took me a while to find a seven eleven about 10min walk that offered the service. -no paper towels, salt, sugar,

Pros: You have two stations within close proximity that can take you to different parts of tokyo either directly or with 1 transfer There is a McDonalds & Konbinis very close by if youre shy for trying new stuff There are lovely restaurants and small bars filled with locals and they are fairly welcoming to foreigners regardless of your ability and level to speak Japanese. This property is also very close to Tokyo SkyTree! Cons: If youre on the Keisei Hikifune line, you need to make sure you take the LOCAL line back home otherwise if you get on an EXPRESS you will fly right past home and have to triple back This property only has stairs so if youre on the 2nd or 3rd floor its a bit tough to get your luggage up/down if its heavy or large sized. The checkin process was a little confusing as it asks for all members to be present but it actually didnt matter as to door code provided works regardless. Overall 4.75/5, I & my travel mates had a great time and I would book here again! The property itself is easy to find and quite nice. The rooms themselves have ample space for a fair chunk of luggage as well as all the appliances make the stay more comfortable. I really appreciated how upscaled the bidets felt at this place compared to others (warmed seat, warm water, etc). The beds are pretty comfortable even for a bigger side sleeper like myself, however because you are all in the same room make sure you have some earplugs if youre with loud snorers.

Vi var en familie på 4 som bestilte overnatting her. Prisen var lav ift. den gode standarden. Leiligheten fremstod som ny, ren og pent. Kjøkkenet hadde alt vi trengte til oppvarming og matlaging. Hikifune metro stasjon var 3 min gangavstand og den andre stasjonen 5 min. Begge hadde gode forbindelser videre til andre deler av Tokyo og videre til JR og Shinkansen (hurtig tog). Området var stille og utenfor byen men samtidig vi flere kiosker og dagligvarer ganske nærheten. Et kjøpesenter var noen min unna. Kommunikasjon med hotellet var upåklagelig, vi fikk svar nesten etter 5 min på alle våre spørsmål. Alt i alt et godt sted å bo hvis man ønsker å bo utenfor Tokyo sentrum.
