The place was okay just for sleeping, but some kitchen utensils were missing. The shower drain was slow, and one of the beds was shaky and very worn out. There was no ventilation in the room, and the windows were dirty. Instructions on how to park are only displayed inside the elevator, and finding a parking spot is quite difficult.
