Das Zimmer 204 liegt im ersten Stock zur Straße hin. Unter dem Fenster treffen sich die Raucher und die Straße ist gut befahren. Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, wird es immer Sommer auf bei offenem Fenster ziemlich warm. Gut ist das Badezimmer, fürchterlich gespenstisch jedoch die Leuchtreklame, die aussen an der Fassade montiert ist.

Een prettig hotel met nette kamers en vriendelijk personeel. De ligging is een ideaal uitgangspunt voor het ondernemen van dagtochten. Daarnaast is de locatie van het hotel uitermate geschikt om 's avonds op loopafstand van het hotel te dineren of een terrasje te pikken. Het ontbijt in het hotel was prima, behoudens de aangeboden jus d'orange (vieze geur).

Größe des Zimmers in Ordnung. Leider keine Klimaanlage oder Safe vorhanden. Zimmer recht abgewohnt und nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Frühstück war in Ordnung, für jeden etwas dabei. Das Rührei war bemerkenswert gut. Leider war der Frühstücksraum insgesamt recht verschmutzt, da dort offenbar nur unregelmäßig gewischt wird.

das W-Lan im Zimmer grenzte eher an ein Lotteriespiel. Wenn man einmal Zugang zum W-Lan erhielt (was sporadisch schon einmal gelang), flog man innerhalb der nächsten 2-3 Minuten wieder heraus. Selbst das Abrufen von e-Mails war unmöglich. Darüber hinaus gab es im Bad viel zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten für z. B. eine Kulturtasche. Frühstück war sehr gut mit sehr aufmerksamen Personal. Alles in allem jedoch ein schöner Wochenendaufenthalt mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Wir buchen regelmäßig, wenn wir in Arnsberg sind, dieses Hotel. Die Nähe zur Neheimer Innenstadt und die gute Verkehrsanbindung sind hier Entscheidungskriterien. Auch die Kaffeeflat in der Lounge sind weitere Extras.

Die Sauberkeit in diesem Hotel ist unterirdisch. Vom Vorgänger hingen noch Luftballons hinter dem Fernseher, die Dusche schimmelig, der Föhn verklebt und staubig, die Türen voll mit Fingerabdrücken. Kann es leider keinem empfehlen. Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen. Da habe ich mich nicht ran getraut dank des Zimmers.
