Warm room on arrival made my day!
I arrived later than I had planned and was very cold as I was on my motorbike on my way to the Dragon Rally. When I arrived in my room, the heating was on and the room was lovely and warm. It really made a difference and was much appreciated. Usually when I arrive at a hotel, the heating is off. Lovely staff, great location and excellent value for money.

We were genuine surprised at this hotel. We’d been to one the night better that was awful so went expecting much. We loved it. Rooms spotless, spacious, bathroom lovey… nice and quiet! We are dinner and breakfast there and both were great! My daughter has asked to go back here next time we go to Wales!

This hotel was a little gem. We had a family room and it was absolutely huge! As was the bathroom. The room and downstairs area looked recently renovated and looked great - think Lust wallpaper with a bit of Abigail Ahern. Definately recommend.

Stayed for a night 29/08/24.My wife and myself. The room was a double. Spotlessly clean, enough room, modern etc. All the staff are super friendly /efficient. However I cannot recommend eating there, as the food we ordered was terrible.
