Near the metro stop, WIFI available, in room instant coffee and tea (not refreshed by staff, but available if requested at the desk. Hair dryer present. Front desk friendly and helpful. The first room I was offered did not match the description on the reservation site, but staff immediately put me in another room, similar to the ad. I did not have breakfast at the hotel, many nearby cafe's were part of the attraction. This is why I chose the 4 rather than 5 star rating, that said, I would stay there again.

Ali was so helpful getting us to the right Underground railways. And the breakfast lady was so bubbly and upbeat, I had to try her breakfast because she was just praising it so. It was very good and it was the only breakfast I ate during our time in Paris that had dates. I would definitely recommend this hotel and it also had a nice Garden area towards the back.

The room was good. My only real complaint was that it was right next to the elevator so you can hear it going up and down while you are trying to sleep, but eventually you get used to it. The hot water takes a few minutes to heat up, you just have to wait for it. There were no blankets, so you have bump up the heat. The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. It's steps away from the metro station. Definitely recommend it.

However the hotel was having construction done during our stay, it’s nobodies fault we understand that places need remodeling however it’s upsetting that we still paid full price for a hotel that was having construction being done on. Paris trip - family of 4

Stayed as a family of four in a room that had two separate rooms with one bathroom. The hotel was very clean with comfy beds, blackout curtains, and a strong hot/cold shower. Check-in/out was quick, and the location is great—3 minutes from Beaucicaut metro, near many restaurants and a Monoprix grocery. The rooms are quite small with little space for luggage or toiletries, and no vanity area. Renovations were happening but didn’t bother us since we were out most of the day. Great for singles or couples, but families might find the space tight. Overall, a comfortable stay and solid 4 stars!
