WOW! What a gem :) The Stern Hotel is tucked away off a small pedestrian alley lined with small restaurants. The hotel is brand new, just about three months old. There is a fantastic cafe in the lobby and I received a welcome cappuccino after checking in. After staying in a dilapidated hotel in the countryside, the Stern Hotel was a welcome change. Everything is clean, modern, welcoming, and most importantly, smells amazing! The neighborhood is lively and safe; people are out and about until the wee hours of the morning. It is very easy to get to the Asian side and the old city side from the hotel, as well as adventuring up the cobblestone streets to the Galata Tower. The staff is super friendly - the owner actually lived in Los Angeles for 5 years (which is where I'm from!), so we had great conversations. He also checked In to make sure everything was to my liking and helped arrange transportation to the airport. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend that you do too!

6/10 Bueno

In the room was a fridge, with a glass door. The light of the fridge was the whole night shininh in the room. In the room I heard al the ding - dong sounds from the elevator in the lounge In the room I could hear the people talk in the lounge Next to the bed are 2 usb points, with a blue light. Exactly align with the pillow. In de night I had to turn the bed around to sleep and hang 2 towels over the fridge.

highly recommend the Stern Hotel Karaköy. The customer service is exceptional - all staff are consistently warm, attentive, and professional. Cenk in particular went out of his way to ensure our stay was seamless and welcoming. The location is excellent. Everything is within easy walking distance, and the surrounding dining options are outstanding. The room is thoughtfully designed and exceptionally well appointed. It includes a small refrigerator, counter, and sink, ample power outlets, comfortable beds and pillows, a large television, and a spacious shower with convenient storage for personal items. The lighting is especially impressive - both the overall illumination and the automated lighting system create a bright, comfortable, and modern atmosphere that makes the space feel refined and inviting. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
