Bedroom sheets and shower towels were very clean. Floor was mostly clean. Staff was friendly and helpful when required. One can hear neighbors walking on other apartments, not really bothersome. Most usual home appliances were installed in the apartment such as washing and drying machines, electric stove, refrigerator and microwave oven. There was an abundance of friendly shops and restaurants nearby, Location was fabulous.

Great location, quiet area but walking distance to many hip areas (Espanola way, Ocean Drive, etc)! Apartment was in worse shape than visible on the photos, and it wasn’t the cleanest. Hint to management to fix it. We made the best of it and still enjoyed our stay.

I recently spent four nights in a one-bedroom rental at the Drexel Apartments, and I was very extremely there. The apartment was clean, very comfortable, well located to both the beach and the business district, and had it everything I needed -- a very good value for the price. The staff were super helpful; at one point I had a question, texted management, and they got back to me with an answer within 5 minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property, and would definitely stay there again.

Für den Preis war die Wohnung super. Easy to get in, alles in der Wohnung, und super Lage. Nur Wohnung ist schon älter und man hat die Nachbarn sehr gehört.

They were the best ever, staff was very helpful.The management team help me through the whole stay. The management team was even so nice the give me 3 extra hour of time, do to my flight leaving at 5 today.I go to miami at least 3 times a year, without a doubt I'll be at the Drexel everytime.

L’appartement était super propre et le staff très gentil. La communication était fluide et ils répondaient aux demandes assez rapidement. Le logement est situé près de la plage et il y a des bars restaurants et supermarché pas loin de la. Je vais très probablement revenir là

I can recommend this place. The place has been an absolute god send. I arrived here for my Mom's hospital appointment never thinking much about it but staff here have accommodated us at every turn. From a broken sofa we got an upgrade which was fabulous. Mom was admitted as an emergency extending our stay and staff were amazing throughout the entire trip managing to accommodate us for an extra week. All the staff from maintenance man ,cleaning staff and Elizabeth the manager have been amazing. Thank you for the bottom of our hearts !

Abaixo da expectativa. As fotos retratavam um apartamento mais moderno e limpo. No check-in tivemos problemas, pois o apartamento que nos indicaram pela mensagem estava ocupado. Pediram desculpas e nos realizaram, até aí tudo bem. O problema era o terrível cheiro de mofo e humidade dentro do apartamento. Nossas roupas, mesmo depois de ter saído da hospedagem, permaneceram cheirando a mofo. O estrado de uma das camas estava se soltando, o que provocava a queda do colchão. O próprio colchão afundava um pouco à noite, trazendo desconforto para a coluna. Por ser no térreo não se podia abrir as janelas e o apartamento era pouco ventilado. As toalhas não eram da boa qualidade. No início houve um pouco de dificuldade para entender como funcionava o chuveiro para se obter água quente. Em resumo, as instalações eram velhas, em nada parecidas com o que as fotos nos transmitiam. De resto, o apartamento foi funcional, permitiu uma hospedagem nas mínimas condições. A comunicação com os funcionários também funcionou. A localização era boa, duas quadras da praia e acesso fácil ao transporte público. Pelas condições do apartamento parece nos pareceu que o custo benefício não valeu a pena, isso porque nossa expectativa era bem mais alta.

Horrible Experience — Do Not Recommend Pros: Good location. Cons: Very dirty and poorly maintained: The sofa intended to be used as a bed for the third guest was extremely old and dirty. All furniture and kitchen utensils were old and unclean. Poor condition of appliances: The refrigerator was very noisy, and the washer/dryer was covered in dirt and showed signs of rust. Insufficient lighting: The kitchen area had very poor lighting, making it difficult to use at night. Not suitable for 3 guests: Although the apartment was advertised for three people, everything was prepared for only two, including chairs, towels, and bed linen. We had to request additional towels and sheets for the third guest. Two nights of absolute hell: We barely slept. On the second night, guests in another apartment held a loud party. Although the host contacted someone to address the situation, they were far too lenient. The noise was reduced but never stopped. Noise throughout the night: The guests left around 2 a.m., allowing us to get a little sleep, but returned at 4 a.m. and even triggered the fire alarm. The party continued until I had to call the police. We finally managed to sleep a little after 5 a.m. Overall: An absolutely terrible experience. The location was the only positive aspect. The apartment was dirty, old, poorly equipped, and not suitable for three people. The host also failed to take firm action to resolve the noise issue, leaving us without proper rest for two nights.
