Ascenseur qui ne fonctionne pas très bien. Petit déjeuner laissé à désirer, dernier jour problème électrique donc rien n’était maintenue au chaud et au froid.

La chambre était d’une propreté irréprochable. En revanche je tiens à signaler un incident inacceptable : le jour de mon départ, alors que la libération de la chambre était prévue à 11 h 00, un employé de la réception est entré à 10 h 30 sans même frapper ni s'annoncer. Ce manque de considération constitue un réel manquement au respect de ma vie privée.

The hotel was handy to a tram stop to get into Nice. It was about 10/15 minute walk to the Augustin Train station which was good as we travelled around the riviera. The room was clean but we had to ask for a change of towels when we needed them. There wasn’t the usual friendly reception from staff that we have had on our many travels in other hotels but it didn’t ruin our holiday. The French Riviera is stunning. The hotel was in an area of Nice that you wouldn’t want to explore but the value for money made it worth the stay and the tram was so handy it didn’t matter but I think if I was a female on my own I might feel intimidated in the area but felt okay with my husband. Overall it was a good hotel and great it was clean.

Je suis déçu de mon voyage dans cet hôtel. Nous avons réservé 2 chambres et avons constaté que les services sont médiocres. Un l’hôtel se trouve dans un quartier avec beaucoup de personnes qui passent la nuit à boire dans la rue de l’hôtel. Deux le prix est surdimensionné par rapport aux services rendus. L’hôtel ne fait pas les chambres pendant le séjour et en plus ils ne changent même pas les serviettes donc vous êtes obligés de garder les mêmes serviettes pendant tout le séjour. Les serviettes pour aller à la piscine ne sont pas gratuites vous êtes obligés de payer pour les louer. Trois, lors de notre passage à la piscine il y avait une personne qui nageait avec son chien avec nous et il n’y a aucun contrôle de la part du personnel de l’hôtel. Quatre, vous devez faire vous-même la poubelle. J’aurais imaginé un séjour plus confortable.

This was the opening week at the Nemea after refurbishment. On arrival we were kept waiting for 1 hour because our room was not ready. When we eventually went up to the room there was a workman in there with tools. He said 'tomorrow' and left. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Air conditioning was a bonus. Unfortunately many appliances were not connected and not working including the TV, hairdryer and kettle. Coat hangers were not on the rail so unusable, all the shelves in the wardrobe were covered in dust. Having appliances including a hairdryer were part of our reasons for choiithe hotel not not impressed. Reception did not help despite us going back down to ask but they also said 'tomorrow' however no one came to connect anything the next day. We also sent messages via the booking app Expedia but no response. Emailing the property also got no response. We received several checking in messages prior to arriving but not one mentioned if was opening week or that they might not be ready. Not was this mentioned when we were checking in and yet the hotel was quite happy to take our money. No apology until we were checking out and no refund or reduction.

Hotellrummet var okej städad men inte välstädad, vi hittade andra personers tillhörigheter, bilderna på inomhus poolen stämde inte , de har ingen bubbelpool och pollen är inte så stor som framställs på bilderna , samt det saknas fönster som det finns i bilden , när jag efterfrågade om just inomhuspoolen då var det svaret att deras pool var under renovering och de lånade från ett annat hotell. Frukosten var extremt dyrt . Det fanns ingen information på engelska.
