The property is VERY clean and very well maintained - with the BEST view of the lake and mountains. The one representative we met, was extremely kind!
Unfortunately, we had an extremely frustrating time to even “check-in” —-we arrived around 2:15pm and found we booked a place that had no front desk. With cell service skittish, their system is majorly lacking. We actually got into the room at 3:20, over an hour with so many digital forms and inaccurate early check-in fees…we got in the room just 40 minutes early.
Immediately, we found that there was no ice machine!! That was Strike 2—it took hours AND we stayed there in order to receive it. SO FRUSTRATING! The wonderful lady that brought ice - the ONLY person we met there—was sooo kind!!!
By 9pm we decided we’d like to stay another night - we had a very unstructured itinerary, looking at real estate - but it took them 12 hours to respond to our inquiry, it actually took much longer waiting to hear their rate - we were headed out the door by that time, It was so CRAZY - a major Strike 3!
Overall, so sad!!! They had the best made bed (extremely comfortable!) but the hours we spent waiting on answers was beyond comprehension! We were the only overnight guests there. While awaiting the ice, we watched as two separate cars pulled up trying to get a room and left due to inability. They are sorely missing out - and so are their guests!! Hoping the owners find a better system - such a waste of a fine property!
