The hotel was a small house that had been converted into an establishment. The rooms were very cramped, and the elevator is old and small, accommodating only one person and a small suitcase. Since I had two regular suitcases, I had to take the stairs to reach the tiny room. The bedding was dirty, and there was no outlet in the room to charge my cell phone; the only outlet was in the bathroom.
After checking in, I decided to check out just 30 minutes later and move to a different hotel, as I didn't feel comfortable staying there. I would never recommend the Hotel Riviera to anyone in the future.
