This property was pretty cool. Nothing like a pool, that has access to a beach and view of the waters. I must mention though, I had to call maintenance 3 times to fix my water in shower until they actually fixed it. There was no iron to use, not even at front desk. The waitresses were very immature and ruined some of the peace. They did not attend to the guest properly, to even ask if anyone needs anything, like water maybe in the hot sun lol. I did catch one of the waitresses kicking a bottle cap around for fun right behind me, like a child who does not understand we paid for quiet and class. Most importantly, make sure your room is not next to the kitchen, as I had to endure sounds of crashing silverware all day and evening. Very annoying. They should learn how to control that. No reason to toss silverware around, and yes ive been a waiter before so I am one to speak. Train them better. Its called class.

Room was nice and clean but the shower had black mold. Cleaning staff were wonderful and helpful! Restaurant staff were slow and not helpful. One gentleman spoke English one second then when I was over charged he suddenly couldn’t understand anything I was saying. Went back next day with my translator app and still they were not going to reimburse me on the over charge. Over priced and poor service. Resort on the beach that looked like a dumping ground. If you advertise your beach then maybe they should actually try and keep it neat and tidy.
