We had a no-window room on the first floor for 3 nights. It was the most beautiful room we've stayed in. The lighting and the wood details in the room were so beautiful! Everything was very clean, the water in the shower was hot and had good pressure. The separate shower was a big plus. Everything worked well in the room. All the member of staff were so lovely, we had such a great stay here. Would love to come here again!

Room was spacious and clean, decent shower (once I worked out how to get the temperature right), helpful staff, and good location for exploring Hoi An old town. The swimming pool area was quite tired and dirty which didn’t make me want to spend time there. The breakfast was ok but very basic. The booking included a free welcome drink but I didn’t recieve this. The air in the room was a bit musty and needs to be freshened a bit.

The bathrooms are a bit outdated and we did have some problems with a leaking shower in the beginning but the staff were helpful and sorted it for us. The hotel is in a great location. Lovely stay

Beautiful little hotel, great position close to the Old Town, with plenty of eating options around. Very comfortable and clean room, with delicious complimentary breakfast. Highly recommend, and while you're in town, get yourself some clothes made at Faifoo II tailors - I went there on the hotel's recommendation,worried that I might not have time before my flight home early on the Friday two days away. Went in and got measured up Wednesday morning, had a fitting on the Thursday morning to check for any necessary alterations, and it was finished and ready for me to collect by 4pm that afternoon, absolutely beautiful.
