The hotel staff is friendly and professional and the hotel is well kept and clean! However this hotel is located on route of a hill, unless you take a taxi it quite a bit of a hike to walk up from the nearest subway station. Other then that, great hotel! Third part of our family vacation in South Korea and chose this place due to the amazing structure design and potential views of Busan. Property is on the older side, but interiors are well renovated. Opted out of breakfast options and it was extra charge. A lot of amenities required extra charges. Service was very good and counter offered foreign exchange with posted rates. The location is not for the elderly or hard of walking as it requires either steep stairs to get to location or a long ramp to sidewalk beside the street to get to its place.
