Es más un airbnb que un hotel, la habitación es linda, en perfectas condiciones y es limpia, pero es un departamento dividido en habitaciones pequeñas, no un hotel! Cerca de todo dentro del casco histórico de Siena!

The staff were very helpful in getting us a taxi . The room was very clean. The hotel was close to everything A big plus was the great restaurant right next door and gelato and souvenirs right down the street. A suggestion is maybe adding a shelf in the bathroom to put your personal items on while getting ready for the day.

The room was nicely appointed with more room than average in an Italian rental to move around. There were two comfortable arm chairs to relax in. A shampoo/bodywash came with room and the room was serviced daily which was nice. The instructions to enter the building and room was excellent and we had no problem getting access. Things we noted included the walk up to the 3rd floor(no elevator) with luggage was hard enough but there was no light in stairway going up and we had to get creative with the phone flashlight while carrying luggage. The stairway was very dark. Next, we stayed Friday and Saturday night and on both evenings there was a lot of noise from the street below. There are two restaurants next door as well as some meeting hall across the narrow street which is probably where the noise is coming from. It was the weekend, so weekdays may not be as rambunctious. It is only 5 min walk to Duomo so from that standpoint is great.

Absolutely loved this stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and got me taxis etc when I needed them. The room was so comfortable with high tech support for working and relaxing. The meals were absolutely delicious and served with great customer service. This was a gem of a place to stay. The area is also beautiful and has much to offer in terms of a relaxing stay. I would happily go again!

I came by train. My room was so comfortable, I barely didn't want to leave. The shower was hot and powerful. I heated my pizza in a pan on the oven. I just walked to where the horse race is. I ate wonderful tomato soup and tripe stew, specificaity of this area. Gelato was great every where. I could live in my room. So many in Siena speak Spanish, that was nice for me. Italians seemed more eager to speak Spanish than English.

Check in was relatively easy— I ended up calling because the directions didn’t tell us where to go once in building. After that, it was quick. Breakfast is a 5 minute walk to cafe. They have a list to choose from. Room and bathroom was a nice size. 5 min walk to Vatican.

Safe, quieter location with room facing back. No lift. Excellent location to sights and food. About 15 min walk to bus station but further from train station. Check in staff elsewhere - 1/2 block away. Direct drop off door by taxi . In room mini bar and safe, coffee and tea .AC. Large window that opens

Great room, but incredibly noisy at night.

Stellar room for that price range in a great location. The drawback ? The walls are not noise isolated at all, which means you'll hear all that's going on in the neighboring rooms or in the street below, which are very noisy all night long. I'd recommend this place if you have excellent earplugs, otherwise don't expect to be able to sleep much.

Do not book this property!! We arrived there no one answers the bell or phone and not even the “emergency” phone number. We found ourselves outside of a run down building with no where to go and no one to help us. After a while we left while trying to find a place to sleep sitting in a middle of a highway. The owner is rude and didn’t even apologize for what has happened. We asked for the property to be removed from the Expedia website. It was that bad!
