Staying at Devu was a pleasure! The staff and especially Mateo were great and very responsive. The property is steps from restaurants, live events, shopping and more. I was there to celebrate my best friends birthday and the staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate.

I usually don't write reviews but this property is worthy of one. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous, and the service and location were amazing. If you're fine not having your bed made every day, then Devu can't be beat. If/when we return to Medellin we will definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their kindness and outstanding hospitality. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after exploring Medellín. The location was ideal—close to everything while still feeling safe and peaceful. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medellín!

A special thank you to Mateo, the manager, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. He and the entire team made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend Devú Hotel to anyone visiting Medellín and will absolutely stay here again on my next trip.

We really enjoyed our stay at Devu Hotel — it’s a fantastic hotel apartment. The facility is clean, the location is excellent, and the service is superb, meeting all of our expectations. The location couldn’t be more convenient, close to everywhere we needed to go. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout our stay. What really stood out was the service. The customer service was phenomenal across the board — from the front desk to housekeeping. Most importantly, the manager, Mateo, went above and beyond, providing excellent service and making our stay extremely comfortable. We will definitely be back soon and highly recommend Devu Hotel to anyone looking for a great stay!

Our week-long stay at Hotel Devú was an overall fantastic experience, highlighted by an incredibly warm and professional welcome that set the tone for the entire trip. The rooms were consistently spotless and well-maintained, and the customer service across the board was a perfect 5 out of 5. The only minor drawback we encountered was that room service comes with an additional fee, which was the only thing we didn't quite like. However, everything else was so exceptional that we would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and friendly place to stay.

Here’s a polished version: The hotel rooms are spotless, beautiful, and exceptionally well maintained. The architecture is truly on another level and adds to the luxurious atmosphere of the property. The service was outstanding, with staff consistently going above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We would especially like to thank Manager Matheo for his dedication and efforts in ensuring we had such a wonderful experience. His professionalism and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. This is a truly luxurious, comfortable, and safe hotel, and we would gladly return in the future. The restaurant also deserves special recognition for its amazing food, excellent drinks, and overall dining experience. Highly recommended.

When I first saw this hotel, I was a little skeptical because there were barely any reviews. However, it was such an incredible deal for a beautiful looking hotel, so I took a chance and booked it. I'm so glad I did! It was a brand new hotel that had just opened up 2 weeks ago. When we arrived, the staff was so kind and welcoming. The restaurant offered us coffee and a cocktail while we waited. It was the perfect welcoming to a country known for its coffee. When it was time for check in, the staff walked us to the room to show us around and we were immediately impressed. It was SO beautiful and VERY spacious. Despite its prime location, the sound did not travel inside the room unless we opened the windows. Even then, it wasn't a distraction at all. The beds were also VERY comfortable. I have back issues and I woke up each night feeling better. This is a great hotel for anyone wanting more space, but still within walking distance to popular sites in Provenza.
