Pontos negativos fiquei 10 dias :hotel antigo década de 60. Quarto suite Júnior com ar-condicionado abtigo que faz muito barulho (trocar por splitter)hotel só tinha um elevador funcionando (um absurdo),que tivemos que subir quando quebrou no período de um dia a pé para podermos dormir ,detalhe estávamos no 12 andar ,descaso da reserva .porque paguei por uma suite Júnior em andar alta do lado oposto da avenida ,ou seja números pares ,me colocaram no lado da avenida ,que mesmo com as janelas fechadas faz um barulho considerável devido a shows do bar da Brahma à noite e barulho de motos e carros pela manhã ,café da manhã sofrível ,sem variação do cardápio,várias vezes mandei esquentar o café para funcionária pois estava frio ,um absurdo ,recepcionistas mal educadas na hora do chekin ,localização apesar de ver no centro ,muito perigosa ,escura ,no meio de dois cinemas que passam filmes adultos ,banheiro antigo sonda tem banheira e bidé (que loucura nos dias atuais ),hotel uma vergonha em todos os sentidos ,jamais me hospedaria de novo e não indicaria para ninguém ,fuja desse hotel .Pontos positivos :o único ponto positivo na minha opinião foi os funcionários da parte da limpeza do quarto ,que eram bem atenciosos e trocavam diariamente as toalhas e lençóis e só .Repetindo fuja desse hotel no centro ,existe várias opções na região com o mesmo valor e muito mais moderno ,tive a infelicidade de me hospedar nessa velharia de +de 60 anos 😱😱😱😂😂😂.

Os quartos são bem confortáveis e limpos, a equipe é muito cordial, prestativa e organizada, o café da manhã é simples, mas bem gostoso. O único ponto negativo foi que quando estivemos, um dos elevadores estava em manutenção, daí só tínhamos um único elevador pra todo o hotel. Então perdemos muito tempo tanto pro checkout quanto pras horas do café da manhã.

Funcionários muito atenciosos, tive um problema com o estacionamento do hotel, deixei o carro para estacionar e quando me devolveram o carro no dia que pedi para deixar o hotel, e notei que tinham usado o veículo, quando deixei o carro estava com combustível e me entregaram sem combustível e andaram uns 60km sei porque tinha acabado de comprar o carro e sabia a Km certa porque o carro é zero, reclamei com o gerente e fizeram pouco caso... Disseram que não era possível isso...e íam verificar más ficou por isso mesmo...
