I stayed at these apartments for 1 week in January 2015. The first thing to note is that they do not accept card payments - cash only, which was is a pain as the ATM limits meant multiple trips to withdraw cash.
The apartments are clean, and reasonable modern. There were the basic pots, plates, glasses, small coffee cups and utensils (also toilet paper) supplied, but not basic essentials such as soap, washing up liquid, paper towels, salt pepper or any cleaning products etc that would be useful to have provided rather than having to buy for a week. The one room apartments only have a shower, no bath to soak in.
There is a ski boot room, with good heaters. There is a lift. Satellite TV, included some english channels if you really want to watch TV whilst in St Anton! (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1)
The location is quiet, up a hill from the village, it's a good 7 minute walk up the hill, 5 minutes down! - or a between 7am-6:30pm there is a free bus (every 10 minutes Line 3) that goes around a loop and returns passed the hotel (nearest stop is Haus Marth). The nightbus also comes passed and was around €3.50.
The owner?/receptionist? doesn't speak much English, but is polite and helpful. (Compared to some of the service you'll get in Austria, she is positively outstanding!).
Overall it was OK, my family and friends paid a little more and obviously had better accommodation. I doubt I'd return.
