Great Boutique hotel. Great location within walking distance with lots of stores and restaurant. It is across from the train station, however it wasn't noisy. Rooms were nicely decorated. A Breakfast with a great variety is at their other location only a 3 minute walk up the street. I would stay here anytime.

Nice hotel for the price. Being right by central station, the location / surrounding area on the weekend is carnage but the rooms are very nice and staff are lovely. Recommend for a weekend away

die lage des hotels ist wunderbar. das zimmer hat schöne große fenster zur stadtseite, die aber nur für einen spalt zu öffnen sind. leider hallen die straßengeräusche bis in den 6.stock, aber es ist ja auch das kernzentrum.

The room and common area were clean. Staff was helpful. No air conditioning, which probably wouldn't normally be a concern in Scotland, but it was warm outside.

We loved a lot about this hotel. It was the cheapest we could find for the weekend we wanted so we were not expecting much, especially based on some of the reviews! However, once actually on the floor of the hotel, it had a really nice vibe with lovely decor. The bed and pillows were SO comfy, 24 hour coffee machine, free bottles of cold water out the fridge from reception, nice ambient lighting in the bedroom, and yes a little noisy outside from the train station but not something that bothered us. 12pm check out was a dream because we couldn’t get out of those comfy beds. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely beautiful hotel, clean and tidy with all the essentials. Staff were friendly and accommodating, let us store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Had a great night's sleep, beds were extremely comfortable and made to perfection. Tasty continental breakfast in a cosy dining area, complete with a coffee machine—round the clock access so you can get a nice late-night drink. Will most definitely be staying again if we take another trip to Glasgow.

Hotel is the top floor of what looks like an Edwardian office building next to Glasgow Central rail station. Room was recently decorated and very clean. Comfortable bed. Compact but very clean en suite with new fittings. Instead of tea/coffee making facilities in the room these are available free of charge in the breakfast room “the Parlor”, a very good coffee machine. A nice touch.

Difficult for a stranger to understand the local geography that the Google map pinpoints the hotel in the next block north! Union St entry is decrepit and dangerous looking in the dark. too many options on what to do to gain entry !

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel nice and clean and did have a welcoming feeling. They offer tea/coffee 24/7 which is nice. The breakfast is very simple so if your looking for more you may be disappointed, however they did cater for gluten free in choices had. The location of hotel is why dropped a star as the noise from outside was horrendous, actually checked out very early because of it as had been awake so long anyway. Whilst this is outwith hotel control it would influence my decision to stay again especially if for longer than one night which is a shame as the hotel itself and staff were lovely.

The look of the entrance at street level is very poor, but please dont let that put you off... Once on the 6th floor, everything changes, its a great little hotel in a great location!
