Da jeg ankom, var mit værelse booket ud og jeg kunne ikke få et andet værelse, da receptionen fortalte mig at de var fuldt booket. Så jeg måtte finde mig et andet sted at bo. Skam jer Nomad hotels.

Worst hotel ever. Dirty , no acoustic protection due to very thin walls. One hears everything. Super wobbely bed, Confusing entrance code elements at the entrance. My room door was so damaged that I did not feel safe. Super narrow toilet in bad state with added shower tab installed just above the toilet and to be shared with others is the so called bathroom. How dare you rent sth. in such a bad state for arround 160 € per night.

Selve værelset var rent og mødte vores behov. Toilet og bad er klemt sammen og giver ikke meget plads/comfort og rengøringen var mangelfuld. køkken var ikke nemt at bruge - ikke alle fik ryddet op efter sig.

No staff on premises, no reception (window to “reception” label from street shows non-organized storeroom with laundry supersacks and paper scattered abour, poor construction (not corresponding to photos), as an example: doors all labeled “differently”; some with marker, some with small stickers, some with large. Appears to be subdivided apartments with central (for all rooms) ill-maintained WC with shower pipe above toilet, resulting in standing-wet floor. Significant tobacco/smoke smell in public areas.

It was very disappointing. The shared bath facilities were very small and not very useable. In general very loud and you could hear everyone in the building. Very bad check-in information and guidance.

Very misleading description. This is a hostel with shared bathroom facilities, not a hotel. I ended up booking myself into another hotel instead. The signs from the old hotel hasn’t even been changed. Shower was over the loo. Generally very poor standard. I didn’t end up staying. But just from the ten minutes I was in the room you could tell the walls/door were not noise proof. You could hear very loudly every time someone was typing their code to enter their room. Would only recommend if you want to stay in a hostel. And for the same price you could get a much better basic hotel room (with your own bathroom).

Jeg vil give en tilbagemelding på min oplevelse af min overnatning på stedet. Store udfordringer med at komme ind af hovedindgangen - da der sad en kodelås på væggen som jeg anvendte og en anden gæst kom også til og kunne heller ikke finde frem til løsningen på selve døren. Det tog 15-20 min. Inden vi kom ind af hoveddøren. Prøvede at ringe på dørklokken og ringe på telefonen til jer - men der var ingen kontakt. Meget støj fra omkringliggende værelser. Lugt fra tobaksrøg - tænker det kom fra nogle omkringliggende værelser. Køkkenet overfor blev brugt helt frem til efter 23 hvilket larmede og madlugt kom ind på værelse til sent på aftenen. Døren var så utæt at lyset fra gangen kom ind i værelset hele natten. Stærk lugt af kloak på toilettet - en rist i gulvet stod åben, måske derfor. Ingen toiletpapir på toilettet. Når man skal tage bad fælles med andre - går man derud med tøj på, men der var ikke noget sted/kroge hvor man kunne lægge sit tøj under bad. Hvilket resulterer i vådt tøj.

We arrived late at 2.30am. I was travelling with my autistic child. First thing we found was an injection needle (used, you could see the blood on it). I was really in shock and informed the team via phone. He told us, it is not possible to get another room or to remove it until next morning. (My child was crying all the time). As we had 4 hours delay because of a cancelled train, we only arrived in the night and my child has to sleep. So we decided to stay and looked forward to get a new room next day. Unfortunately NOTHING happended. Nobody came to get the thing out of our room, and nobody gave us a new room. I wrote a lot of Mails, talked to the team and absolutely Nottingham happened. I know, things can happen and that is kind of life. But how the hostel was dealing this is so horrible. I saw smaller Kids in that hostel and was just thinking about if one of them or my child would have found it and got hurt by it... imagine someone could have HIV or Hepatitis... if you go there pls check everything for your own safety.

DO NOT BOOK - Absolutely awful accommodation. The showers did not work properly, and predominantly just soaked the toilet roll. The mirror was damaged in our room. You could hear everything in the hotel, the walls are so thin. I tried to raise the issues on the day, but there were no staff anywhere. Nearly 2 weeks later, I've still had no response to my complaints.

Synes generelt informationen om fællesbad osv. var dårligt penslet ud, og jeg blev godt gedigent skuffet ved fremmøde. Det bliver nok ikke aktuelt igen.
