While brand new, immaculately clean, and very comfortable (think several different styles of pillows) unfortunately the construction was light and so it is a noisy hotel. Couple that with breakfast ending at 9am on the weekends, if you’re looking for a late arrival and a sleep in, this probably isn’t the best option.

The property is nice and they have a great fitness facility. But, we stayed for 4 nights. We just got in bed on the 3rd night and we hear a loud glug, glug, glug coming from the bathroom. There was water backing up in our toilet! We went to the front desk and they said it was probably from a clog in the room next door. Waited about an hour and no contact with front desk and water was still not draining. Went back to the desk and were told there was nothing they could do and to try a plunger in our room. That didn't work. We were eventually given a new room. That room had absolutely filthy floors throughout. The bathroom was tile and the rest of the room is vinyl. Just one walk across the room and our socks were black. Asked at the front desk if they clean the floor and was told basically not every time unless someone complains . Won't go back, but loved the fitness room.

It’s got a weird glass partition on the tub at the faucet end by the toilet. It doesn’t move. You can’t turn on the water and warm it up with getting in the tub first. Unless you’re really tall and/or agile. You can’t wash your child’s hair because you have no control over the rinsing all the soap out and not getting it in their eyes. I couldn’t lift my legs high enough to get in. With no access of anything to hold onto to steady myself to grab a leg and lift it into the shallow tub. I heard a big woman complain about the shower. Said she couldn’t get her size into it. Said she wanted her money back because the shower setup made it unusable for her. I’m sure that’s true for many people who don’t really need an assessable room. Just better access. I thought about getting my money back and going to the Baymont Hotel nearby. But I wasn’t there too long. Just 4 days. I thought I can survive until the next place. Which happened to be home.

This place has only been open one month and it is extremely brand new and clean. They serve coffee 24 hours a day and have a breakfast bar from 6 to 9 AM. Yogurt, cereal, and waffles. Maria at the front desk was absolutely a joy to speak with. Very helpful. The rooms are equipped with a nice size refrigerator and microwave with an in room coffee maker. A really large TV but spoty WIFI. I really have only 4 complaints about this hotel. The doors to the rooms and exits are extremely heavy. Hard for an old person like me to open. They make a very loud noise when they shut no matter how quiet you try to be. Also there is no soundproofing. The first night I lucked out but the second night I had people upstairs and I could hear their TV until they went to bed at 11. This kept me awake even with earplugs, a noise machine, and pillows wrapped around my ears. It wasn’t that they had the TV on loud, there is just no soundproofing. You hear everything. If your a light sleeper, I would not recommend staying here unless you like to stay up late. They charge $25 per pet, per night. Even if both your dogs have a total weight of 25 lbs. Nice plank floors though. I could never get hot water in my room. Stayed for two nights and the best I could do was a lukewarm shower in the morning & washing, brushing my teeth in the evening.

I booked a room for my mother who would be arraving at 6a.m., well it was booked in my name and my mother as well. Because i am local (Auburn) i was refused a room, and this was after they already charged me 820.00.. I explained that my mother would be arriving in about 9 hours and since she was on the check in and she isnt local she coukd then give her I.D.. well they said if she doesnt check in before 3.a.m. I ts considered a no show......management and staff were ridiculous. They offered no help whatsoever.

Amazing!! Loved it here. The staff is super helpful, plenty of parking, and the room was gorgeous! Only note: wish they had a better selection for breakfast (protein options) . Other than that, it was maybe 40 mins away from the city, so not crazy far and for the price , totally worth it!! Very cute and convenient town to stay in!

I realize this was a new remodel property and was only open for a short while, so maybe the experience was elevated for that reason. If that is the case I hope they continue in this direction. The staff was very helpful when I need to to have documents printed for my Zoom meeting. The newly hired employee I observed her training one morning and noted she was competently executing the skills the following day. I did approach the desk about location g a second ice machine as the one was not dispensing ice though I could hear it rattling. The staff told me it was the only one and they have observed guest filling coolers so the machine might need a moment to fill and suggested in wait 5 minutes. I returned and it was working fine. This is not a complaint about not having ice but that I was satisfied with the explanation. Maybe they could offer a second ice machine in the future. I know I will stay here again. Thank you to the staff and management.

This hotel is newly renovated. Everything that they have is clean and well maintained, but it has some flaws. It has two floors, but it has no elevator. Our room did not have an armchair, only a desk chair and a bench. (When we mentioned this to a member of the staff, she told us that they are working on adding armchairs.) There are no towel bars in the bathroom for hanging towels (there is a bar less than 2 feet off the ground in the front of the sink cabinet). The breakfast does not have eggs or other hot foods (except waffles) that are common in other hotel breakfasts. The breakfast ends at 9:00. When staff were notified around 8:30 that the waffle maker needed more batter, people had to stand around for several minutes while it was being prepared. When it was finally added, we discovered that they added so little batter that it ran out again a few minutes later and people had to wait again. The staff were very friendly, which was nice, and they welcomed my suggestion of towel bars, but as of 6/19/2026 this hotel was not ready to be recommended.
